Returns:
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to be considered for a refund. If received within 30 days of purchase date, VacMotion will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. Products returned which are not defective will be subject to a 20% handling charge. All returns must be handled through our website. Please e-mail us through the website so we can provide the customer service necessary to fulfill your request. We will have a customer service representative contact you immediately. You will be directed from that point on.
